Pricing Agreement

THIS PRICING AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) APPLIES TO ALL MERCHANTS THAT HAVE REGISTERED TO USE OUR SERVICE (“SERVICE”) AND HAVE THEREBY AGREED TO THE TERMS OUTLINED HEREIN.
1. Payment Models
The Pricing Agreement consists of a commission-based payment model.
2. Commission
The Service Provider charges a sales commission ("Transaction Fee") from the Merchant for each Order. This Transaction Fee is automatically deducted by the Service Provider when an End User pays for an Order. The transaction fee is set at 3.5 % of each order, calculated on the total sum including VAT.
3. Other Fees
The service does not currently have subscription or monthly fees but reserves the right to implement such fees in the future. The service provider also reserves the right to charge payment processing fees incurred in sales via the service.
4. Rights and Obligations
The Service Provider and the Merchant shall have the following rights and obligations under this Agreement.
- The Merchant is responsible for providing the Service Provider with payment details that are up-to-date.
- The Merchant chooses how often the payment goes to the Merchants own business account.
- The Service Provider has the right to charge all agreed-upon service fees, as outlined in this Pricing Agreement.
- The Service Provider has the right to terminate or suspend the Merchant's access to the Service in the event of non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement or any applicable laws and regulations.
- The Service Provider is responsible to notify Merchants of any changes or updates to the terms of this Agreement.
